The New Mexico Impact Investing Collaborative (NMIIC) hosted a virtual summit to discuss and collaborate on the future of New Mexico impact investing. We explored new and existing strategies to deploy and leverage investment into New Mexico as a pathway towards achieving mission and financial goals.  

The goal of the Summit was threefold:

1. To bring together NMIIC members and members of the broader New Mexico Impact Investing ecosystem in a way that builds a sense of shared connection to each other and to the broader impact investing field within the state and nationally;

2. To create space for peer learning and showcase past and current impact investment collaboration opportunities in New Mexico, and to explore new opportunities, including opportunities for integrated capital and “learning by doing;” and

3. To build momentum in New Mexico around impact investing so as to catalyze new investors and investees’ interest in and engagement with the impact investing field and to bring together multiple sources of capital, including public and private capital and grant dollars, for greater impact.
